If it is determined that you are eligible to make application for a visa with the U.S. government, then that information will be used by the Firm to apply for the appropriate visa. The information that you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep you informed of the progress of your case with the Firm and selected third parties.

The Firm recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of Application Information collected on this site and understands if the visitor would prefer to submit this information with standard questionnaires.

Protection of Your Personal Information

Application information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Application information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your application information resides on a secure server that only selected the Firm personnel and contractors have access to via password. The Firm encrypts your personal information and thereby prevents unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to the Firm.

Personal information that you provide that is not application information also resides on a secure server and is only accessible via password. Since this information is not accessible from outside the Firm, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information. Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or chat room, such as the Judith G. Cooper, P.C., User-to-User Forums, is available to all persons accessing that site.

Use of Cookies

When you visit the Firm's Web site, you can surf the site anonymously and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our site, we use "cookies" to track your visit. Company Reports

Available in the system is a feature which allows the company's registered personnel to produce management reports regarding the processing of its employees. Our system (Lighthouse) provides several printing output options such as PDF, Excel, Word, and RTF formats. For those companies that select any of the formats that can be downloaded and altered, the Firm cannot be responsible for any information therein. All decisions made based on the altered information are solely the company's responsibility.

Updating Your Personal Information

You have the right to access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences at any time. With respect to application information, this may be accomplished by linking to your account at "Edit Your Account," where you can view and make changes to your personal information.
